Arranging Pre-Authorisation of Your Treatment

The Insured Person must bear in mind that to comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy, We must be contacted for Our Pre-Authorisation before the Insured Person incurs costs for Treatment of any kind which are likely to exceed US$500 on completion of Treatment. This sum includes In-patient , Day-care and Out-patient Treatment, as well as transportation and ancillary costs.
